Recommended Firewall Settings

**Note: Not all settings will apply to every firewall

  1. Ensure there is no Double NAT (there should only be one router on the phone network)
  2. Make sure SIP ALG / SIP Transformations are set to Disabled
  3. Add Inbound (WAN to LAN) and Outbound (LAN to WAN) Firewall Access Rules to allow all traffic to and from the following range of IP addresses:
    63.251.144.210
    63.251.144.211
    63.251.144.212
    63.251.144.213
    63.251.144.214
    63.251.144.215
    63.251.144.216
  4. Set the UDP Timeout to 300 Seconds.
