How To Allow Your Mic And Webcam In Chrome

To allow webcam and microphone permissions in Chrome:

  1. Click the camera icon (it may have a red X on it) in the right side of the URL bar
  2. Select Always allow our meeting url to access your camera and microphone
  3. Click the Done button
  4. Refresh the webpage

You may also manually check or add exceptions in your Chrome browser settings. This is for Chrome 59 and above:

  1. Go to the Settings menu - in Chrome paste this into your URL bar: chrome://settings/content
  2. Click on either Mic or Camera to check your settings:

If you do not see our service listed, it is likely that you did not allow access your mic or camera. Follow the instructions above to allow these.

To check your permissions while in a Live Meeting, click on the Lock icon on the URL bar in Chrome and make sure that your Mic and Camera are set to Allow:
