Creating Your Auto Attendant
I know that Call flows can be a bit of a pain sometimes, so we have attached a sample Auto attendant script.First rule is to always map out what you would like to say and how you want your customers to interact with your system. It can’t be too complicated, or the customer will get frustrated.
We have taken the liberty to attach a sample greeting set up we use often.
